Day-3
After checked out the plant Next step is collection of dry Aggregate sample from Hot bin as required for mix.(it's depends on max agg. Size mention in specified design by MORTH 5th Rev.)
In this batch mix plant has contains 5 types of sieve adjustments in rotary screen.
(1)40mm/30mm
(2)26.5mm
(3)16mm
(4)7mm
(5)4.5mm
Plant Sievers may be changed with requirements for adjusted to Mix.
Now Collected Sample
Day-4
Sieve Analysis of all individual four Sample (3 time of Each and take Average value)
Result of Individual Gradation
- Sample-1 (40-26.5mm)
